COMPLYING WITH STORM WATER REGULATIONS- April 18, 2012
Being in compliance with SWPPP regulations has become an economic imperative. Growing enforcement efforts are driving growing fines and penalties; LEEDŽ Green Building projects make strict SWPPP compliance a prerequisite for receiving any certification points; and now the Texas General Permit renewal adds new wrinkles that make compliance planning before projects start even more important.
OSHA 10-HOUR - April 19, 2012
Construction 10 hour Safety: Covers the safety requirements as contained in 29 CFR 1926. Specific OSHA requirements will be covered as well as easy tips on keeping your jobsite safe. Participants who complete the full 10 hour course will obtain a certificate of completion.
TEXAS SALES AND USE TAXES FOR CONTRACTORS - April 20, 2012
Attend this program and learn: The different tax responsibilities for lump sum and separated contracts; the different tax responsibilities for real property repair, remodeling, and maintenance; to calculate and pay the appropriate local taxes; the effects of successor liability; and audit tips.
