US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OFFERS FREE PREVAILING WAGE WEBINARS - October 4 and 5, 2011

to provide information on Federal rules concerning prevailing wages and other

NLRB REQUIRES EMPLOYERS TO POST NOTICE REGARDING EMPLOYEE RIGHTS
The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB or "the Board") issued a final rule mandating private sector employers subject to the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) to post a notice informing employees of their rights under the NLRA in a "conspicuous place" readily seen by employees. The rule goes into effect on November 14, 2011. Click here to read on.
