August 16, 2011

Greetings!

Please plan to join us on August 23 for a breakfast briefing on compliance with the Davis Bacon Act. The seminar will provide a very helpful overview of coverage and compliance issues relating to obligations to pay prevailing wages on government construction contracts. The presentation, sponsored by Tellepsen, will also address the Davis Bacon wage survey that the U.S. Department of Labor is currently seeking to update.

Sincerely,

Tamara Hancock

Director of Communications
