1st Annual Slow Food Show 12/3 & 12/4

Tickle Sauce is participating in the first annual Slow Food Show in NYC.  Proceeds go to Slow Food NYC.
  • Saturday - We will be on the Lower East Side at Jimmy's 43 (43 E7th St East Village, NYC) 1-5 pm.
  • Sunday - We will be located across from the New Amsterdam Market by the South Street Seaport (Fulton Street) 11 am until 4 pm.

We will be providing samples of sauce and establishing meaningful connections over the two days.

2 New Sauces!

Tickle Sauce now comes in medium and mild.  Paired with or original "hot" variety, we like to call them the "Triple Tickle".

  • Medium - Cranks up the garlic and lowers the heat to be a super flavorful sauce that really does drive you to pour it on everything.
  • Mild - Cuts the heat of the habanero with cherry peppers, which round it out nicely to retain our same underlying flavor with a sweet hint of heat.

Recently at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden annual Chile Pepper Fiesta, we sold out of the medium (the first day it was available).  So, we made more!

 

If you're local to Brooklyn stop by Fleisher's on 5th Avenue in Park Slope.  They carry all 3 varieties, and their meat selection is the best in town.

French Culinary Institute
Tickle will be studying a great deal over the next year, participating in the French Culinary Institute's first honor's program in Classic Culinary Arts.

 

We will of course learn as much as possible to bring you delicious results in the form of new creations.

In the Works. . .
  • In-Store Sauce Tasting - Arrange a day for us to come into your store to let your customers try the sauces. It is a great way to see if your customers like it and want it on your shelf.
  • Distribution - Help us make connections with small scale distributors to broaden the number of stores that carry our sauce.
  • Sauce for Restaurants & Catering Events - We now offer a 32 ounce container of our sauce, which is the perfect size for restaurants or for catering events. We are also able to make our sauce fresh for you on location. Contact us for details.
