Our Sauce is Available in Grand Central! | |
Our favorite Brooklyn spot, Beer Table, has just opened a store in Grand Central Terminal, Beer Table Pantry. 
The Pantry specializes in beer by the bottle, growlers to go and dry goods such as our Tickle Sauce. You'll also see Blazing Tomato Chutney, made by Beth's Farm Kitchen, right next to us on the shelf. Stop in and show your support.

Chef Linda Romeo | |
Working with Beth's Farm Kitchen has been a wonderful experience for us getting started in this business. We would be remiss if we didn't take a moment to highlight one of the keystones to getting our sauce produced, Chef Linda Romeo.
Linda has worked to adapt our sauce recipe for production in the commercial kitchen at Beth's Farm. Most recently, as we're developing variations on our original sauce, Linda has provided advice on alternatives that afford us the opportunity to most appropriately adapt our recipe to the varied palates of our supporters. Namely, we will soon have medium (more garlic, less heat) and mild (with cherry peppers that tone down the heat of the habanero).
We are extremely grateful to Linda and the team at Beth's Farm Kitchen for their professionalism and continued encouragement as we expand our business.

Tickle Sauce in Additional New Locations | |
We wanted the chance to highlight the new locations that carry our sauce.
Olde Hudson - Located at 421 Warren Street in Hudson, New York. The store is an oasis of specialty items and some of the very best food products to be offered. Dena Moran has created a special place in Olde Hudson that values and supports local farms and their products.
Bellwether Cider - Located on Route 89 in Trumansburg, New York just north of Ithaca in the Finger Lakes Region. The Bartons started this business with a simple goal of making fine artisanal ciders. They now produce 10 varieties of hard ciders, ranging from very dry to semi-sweet (carbonated & still).
Argyle Cheese Farmer - Located on Coach Road in Argyle, New York. While only the Farm Store carries our sauce, Marge and Dave Randles can also be found selling their cheese and milk products at the Troy Farmers' Market, Saratoga Farmers' Market and the Glens Falls Farmers' Market.

In the Works |
- Brooklyn Botanical Gardens - Chile Pepper Fiesta - Join us on October 1st from noon to 6 PM for the annual festival of everything pepper-related this side of the Hudson River. We'll have a booth and sell our sauce along with other food purveyors.
- Distribution - Help us make connections with small scale distributors to broaden the number of stores that carry our sauce.
- Restaurants - We now offer a 32 ounce container of our sauce, which is the perfect size for restaurants or for catering events.
