Another month passes and it seems everywhere you turn it's all about the carbon tax, it's on the news, TV ads radio and it's the talk around the water cooler.  Love it or hate it, it's definitely got people talking about the enviroment and our responsibilities.  We are happy to say that we're doing our small part for the enviroment by changing to the enviromentally friendly "Earth Bags", supplied by Coffee Bags Australia, and that makes us feel good.

Lots of coffee companies talk about cupping, but does the average coffee drinker know exactly what that entails?  Bearista Bear decided to sit down with our resident coffee geek, Daimen, and get the lowdown for you.
