Dr. Joan's Life Tip of The Month 

Getting a good night's sleep leaves you rested and full of energy, ready to take on the day. For most of us, this doesn't 'just happen'. Begin to pay more attention to your sleep and how to improve it, and your whole life will improve.

What is Dr Joan up to?
-May 3-10 Joan was in Paris for a week's holiday. Met up with childhood friends and walked and walked. Regarded Parisians going about their daily living, and how their lifestyles make obesity rare. Check out short video clips of Parisian life on Facebook
-May 11, attended an oustanding Mayo Clinic half-day conference in Maryland on their state of the art approaches to Heart Health and Osteoporosis.
-May 17, spoke to Spotsylvania County employees on Lightening up your Life with Laughter. 
-Conducted a two-hour, Health Coaching Workshop on May 24 with 17 professional women of the Hellenic American Women's Council. The subject  -- Managing Stress the Greek Way.
