Dr. Joan's Life Tip of The Month 

Be a child again! Go to the local playground and swing on the swing. Let loose. Enjoy the outdoors! This is great balance stimulus and you may just make some new young friends as well. 
 What is Dr Joan up to?
-On March 5th Dr. Joan was awarded the Star of Ethiopia medal by HIH Prince Ermias Sahle-Selassie Haile Selasssie at a ceremony in Washington DC. The award was recognition for international and humanitarian activities.
-On March 9th, Joan spoke to 40 vivacious women and health professionals of the Hadassah in Bethesda, MD on how best to use gravity to age well. It was a wonderful, lively discussion.  
-There is so much great health news out there and I am working on finding it, then getting it out to you.
