The Road to Sustainable Health

Stand up often. It's the simplest thing you can do to stay healthy and independent. Try it.
What is Dr Joan up to?
-In a busy month, Dr. Joan recently returned from California for the National Academy's Space Studies Board workshop, "Sharing the Adventure with the Public: The Value and Excitement of 'Grand Questions' of Space Science and Exploration." 
-On November 13th Dr. Joan received the 2010 Aristeon Award from the Hellenic American Women's Council.  
 
-November 16th and 17th, Dr. Joan enjoyed speaking on "Surviving Holiday Stress" with employees of Aerojet.
-And on November 17th
in Washington DC, Joan was honored with the Life Sciences Book Award of the International Academy of Astronautics for The G-Connection: Harness Gravity and Reverse Aging.
