At Samhain. the veil between the worlds is at its thinnest, and we remember all those who have passed away during the year.  If you aren't going to a group ritual and don't have the time or the energy to do anything elaborate, there are still many ways to remember your loved ones. 

Light a white candle on your altar, or in another safe place.  Add photos and mementos of your loved ones; if you like, put out offerings of their favorite food and drink, flowers, even Halloween candy.  Play their favorite music, or just sit quietly in meditation and talk to them.  Burn a few pine sprigs in your fireplace.  Burn some myrrh or pine incense, or pick up some of our Hallows blend.
