Love Versus Cancer Resonates
Thanks to everyone who has shared what Love Versus Cancer means to them. Read some of the incredible
comments we have received about the program:

"I just learned I have ovarian cancer. I'd like wristbands for my whole family, but especially my 11-year-old daughter who picked out all teal clothes for school. Bless her heart for trying to show her support in her own way . . . I love the girl. Thank you for offering these wristbands." - Rebecca B., Elk Grove, CA
"My grandmom died from bile duct cancer. I would love to wear a bracelet to show my love for her." - Erin W., Philadelphia, PA
"I would like to request a Love Versus Cancer wristband. My husband has AML and just received a bone marrow transplant." - Maribeth P., Wilkes-Barre, PA "I would LOVE to get a Love Versus Cancer wristband. We just found out my dad has cancer again after beating non Hodgkin's lymphoma seven years ago." - Carla A., Lindsay, OK
"Please send me one for my friend who is being treated for lung cancer at the age of 29 and just had a baby." - Kelly M., Manassas, VA
"My father was under your care and unfortunately lost his battle with lung cancer in October 2002 at the young age of 59. I will be forever grateful for all you did for him." - Donna H., Bernardsville, NJ

Join us on Sunday, October 24, 2010 from 8:00-11:30 a.m. for the Paws for the Cause, a
dog-walk around Fox Chase Cancer Center's campus. Each year
hundreds of dogs and their owners make their way to the Northeast
Philadelphia campus for this event and to pitch in on the effort to stop
cancer. Participants get to enjoy a one-mile walk, compete in contests to
win great prizes, and more than anything spend quality time with their
four-legged friends. For more information, click here or contact Linda and Bob Devlin at info@devlinfund.org.
