This first edition of the New Year marks a format change. Looking back at the separate Advisor and Personal editions I have published since June, 2010, the articles have been mostly the same for both. To better manage the time needed to create this eNewsletter every month, I have decided to combine both editions. I will send a special issue to either my advisor or general public readers on those rare occasions when I have an article that applies uniquely to one group.
