The Parish Council meets on the third Wednesday of the month. Members are: Therese Gabriel, Steve Campbell, Sheila Leander, Nancy Wamser, Michelle Smith, Mary Crecelius, Jessica Rowley and Frank Krebs.
The Parish 0ffice is located at Eden Theological Seminary, 483 E. Lockwood, Suite 3, Saint Louis, MO 63119. Frank and Jessica are available for appointments. You can reach them at... Jessica: 314.283.4697, Frank: 314.740.1160. We have an initiative to connect people to small faith sharing groups. If you are interested in joining a small group, please contact Jessica Rowley (314.918.2766 or email).
We Tithe as a parish and we need your recommendations We donate 10% of our collections to worthy causes. We do this as an act of faith, trusting that, in doing this, we will still be able to meet our financial needs. Please let the Parish Council know about worthy organizations that you would like us to contribute to. Information needed: your name, name of organization you are suggesting, to whom check should be made payable, where to send check and to whose attention. Please send your suggestions to Marilyn Tenholder. Matthew 25 The Matthew 25 Fund helps members in our community who need financial assistance. All information concerning the people with whom we work is held in the strictest confidence. If you would like to contribute to this fund, make your check payable to Matthew 25, and place it in the collection basket. If you need assistance from the fund, contact Peggy Montgomery.

Please keep our Schnucks E-Scrip fund raiser in mind when you shop. If you don't already have an E-Scrip card, please call Marilyn Tenholder (314.323.1467) and she will get one to you. There is no charge and all you have to do is activate it by either a phone call or by going online. Simply show the card when you check out and a percentage of your purchase cost will be rebated back to Sts. Clare & Francis. Thank you!

Jim & Doris Schneider will again host a barbeque in July at their home in Robertsville, MO. All are welcome to attend. Chicken and pork steaks, salad, and a variety of drinks will be provided. Additional dishes are welcome. More information, including directions, will be published closer to the date of the event.Volunteers are needed to host gatherings in August and September. Pridefest Parade Update

Don't forget we march in the Pridefest Parade on Sunday, June 26! Plan on being at our meeting point (to be determined) at 11:00 am. The parade step off is at noon, and takes about 1.5 hours. Croweds are usually large ,so plan extra time for parking.
Nanci and Terri are hosting an after-parade BBQ (plan on 2 or 2:30 pm), drinks and sides would be appreciated. Hope you can make either parade or BBQ or both!

"Friends of L'Arche St. Louis" has opened the first L'Arche community in Missouri this year! Our first home will be at 2934 Marshall in Maplewood. L'Arche is a community of faith, rooted in the spirit of the Beatitudes, where people with and without intellectual disabilities create homes, foster relationships of mutuality and recognize the gifts of each person. All proceeds from this event will support the L'Arche community in Maplewood.
