"One Bill" is Here!
|
By popular demand, patients at St. Peter's will now receive one consolidated bill for most hospital and clinic services. The new billing system also allows patients to pay online. Staff worked for nearly three years to build the new system which was the result of patient feedback. The final system was devised following recommendations received at several patient focus groups. Because the emergency physicians, anesthesiologists and pathologists are independent, patients using those services at the hospital will continue to receive additional statements from those entities. Questions about the new system or hospital bills may be directed to Business Office Director Sheri Renney at srenney@stpetes.org or 444-2184. Questions about St. Peter's Medical Group clinic bills may be directed to Laurie Coverdell-Hall at lcoverdell@stpetes.org or 447-2813.

Hospital Visitor Precautions
| Several cases of Norovirus and influenza have been reported in the community. For the protection of patients, staff and volunteers, St. Peter's Hospital requests that individuals with flu-like symptoms or other illness refrain from visiting patients. Anyone who had symptoms within the past week should not come to the hospital. Please express well wishes to loved ones who are hospitalized by phone or card instead of a personal visit.
