St. Peter's free, annual women's wellness event For Women Only celebrates its tenth anniversary with a special presentation by Oscar winner Patty Duke, Monday, Oct. 10 at 6 p.m.  Duke will deliver "Overcoming Obstacles," her story of success, loss and living with mental illness.

A free health expo featuring more than 75 booths with health education will be open from 4:30 - 8:30 p.m. Free health screenings will be offered during the expo. Additional screenings plus flu shots will be available.  The morning of the event blood draws will be conducted from 6 - 8:30 a.m. at St. Peter's Hospital for a health screening package. The results will be available at the evening event along with the opportunity to visit with health professionals. The talk is free; however, a ticket is required, click here or call 444-2369. 

High Marks for Mammography

St. Peter's will introduce Helena's newest health care providers to the community at a New Physician Social on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 6 -7 p.m., in the hospital's Education Center.  All are welcome to attend.  Click here to see a list of physicians who will be attending.  The event will be an informal opportunity for the community to meet four new family practice physicians, three radiologists, an oncologist, general surgeon, anesthesiologist, nephrologist and a pediatrician.
