This single story Triple-A cottage style house features a vaulted living room and vaulted private master bedroom suite.  It includes a total of three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, laundry room, and a galley kitchen (with exterior access) and a pass-through that opens to the dining room. The historically inspired exterior offers a full front porch, a covered side porch, and exterior storage room.

NC Main Street Conference
TightLines Designs recently attended the 2010 North Carolina Main Street Conference, held January 27-19 in New Bern, NC.  David Maurer, Principal, (representing TightLines Designs and our sister company, Maurer Architecture) also gave a presentation on the North Carolina Rehabilitation Code.  Read more

Palmetto Affordable Housing Forum
TightLines Designs made their first appearance at the Palmetto Housing Conference in Columbia, SC this February. Over 400 attendees attended a variety of workshops and networking events that focused on meeting the needs of affordable housing through education, financing, and construction. Thanks to everyone who stopped by the TightLines booth! The winner of our drawing was Tony Joyner of Metanoia! 
 
Duke Conference on Sustainable Business and Social Impact
On February 17, 2010, David Maurer AIA LEED-AP, President of TightLines Designs served on a panel discussion and presentation at the annual Duke Conference on Sustainable Business and Social Impact.  The conference is a day-long event at the Fuqua School of Business that aims to educate and inspire students and Triangle-area professionals on rapidly evolving opportunities to create positive and sustainable change.  Read more 
National Green Building Conference

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) National Green Building Conference is coming to Raleigh, North Carolina May 16th through 18th. TightLines Designs will be an exhibitor at the event that draws more than 1,000 builders, remodelers, architects, land planners, subcontractors and marketers from across the nation.
