Green Wake Habitat Wake County Habitat for Humanity recently broke ground on their 350th Raleigh, North Carolina area home. Located on Seawell Avenue, the home will be certified by the North Carolina Healthy Built Homes program.

"Fall, Feathers and Fringe Ya'll!"
Cooke Street Carnival The Cooke Street community in Raleigh, North Carolina recently celebrated their neighborhood with the inaugural "Cooke Street Carnival", held on October 17.  Themed as "Fall, Feathers and Fringe Ya'll", the festival was a kid-friendly event, featuring music and food to celebrate their neighborhood's diversity.
