Notices from Taxing Authorities 

 

To our clients: If you receive a tax notice from the IRS, State, or Local tax department, please send us a copy.  Let us review your tax notices before you reply and especially before you send money.  We can help determine whether the tax department is correct in their assessment (often they are not) and help you get the issue resolved.  

 

Recently, the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) has been sending erroneous tax notices regarding payroll tax accounts.
