On behalf of the staff at The O'Loughlin Group, I extend a warm and heartfelt Christmas greeting. I hope that next year is more optimistic and prosperous for all of our valued clients and candidates.

Whilst most of 2010 has been a challenging year, it has been a tremendous year in reinvigorating our business across many sectors both domestically and offshore. We have managed to successfully place talent across Australia and Asia in a particularly "tight" environment and I believe we have been instrumental in invigorating the executive ranks of many companies who are now on a real growth spurt heading into 2011. The prospects of the jobs market next year whilst contingent on the global economy are positive, constraints such as the skills shortage may pose added challenges within many skills "affected" industries.

Notwithstanding this the overall outlook is positive and we are looking towards 2011 to enhance our relationships with all of you.
