Recipe: Sweet Potato Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Sweet Potato
1 Banana
1/2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Quinoa Flour |

Mix one large cooked sweet potato and one banana in a medium bowl. Add 1/2 tablespoon vegtable oil and mix 1/2 cup quinoa flour with the wet ingredients. Place one teaspoon of the dough on a nonstick baking sheet and lighty flatten. Bake cookie at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Each cookie has about 14 to 15 calories. |
