This year, Satin Fine Foods is striving to expand our reach internationally. We're excited to collaborate with more international cake artists, including Jacinta Yu of Hong Kong and Anna Ruiz of Mexico, and we're thrilled to be a part of HOFEX's 14th International Exhibition in Hong Kong next month.

Furthering our global reach, we are happy to announce that we have recently entered the Australian market. Australia is the birth place of rolled fondant (sugar paste) but over the years, many have been longing for something new and better. The response to Satin Ice rolled fondant has been overwhelmingly positive. Satin Ice will be demonstrated at the Australian Fine Food show this September 5-8th.

and Henfresh in Sydney, Roberts Confectionery in Melbourne and Golden Bridge in Auckland, New Zealand.  Kevin enjoyed spending time on the road visiting with individual bakeries, pastry chefs and cake & candy supply shops throughout the land.  He received a fabulous welcome personally but also to the complete Satin Ice product range.
