February 2010 Class Schedule |
Greetings!
If you're like me at all you enjoyed the holidays but you're glad to have them behind us. We're moving into 2010 with a pretty full schedule of classes right out of the gate. As promised, we've got some great classes planned for the first quarter. Here they are.
We're offering our Intro to Handguns, Fundamentals of Marksmanship, and Hunter Education classes all in February. In March we have plans to bring you another Personal Safety class, our monthly Intro to Handguns and Fundamentals of Marksmanship classes and our quarterly Semi-Auto Pistol Operation and Handgun Care & Cleaning classes. And in the works - First Aid & CPR classes.
Keep reading below for class descriptions. Look at the right side bar for class dates and times. Pass this email along to your friends and family using the Forward Email link at the bottom of the page. Oh, and lastly, we're now using Google Calendar on the Events & Classes page of our web site at www.994Fish.com. Our calendar can be your calendar! Give it a try... |

Personal Safety & Awareness |
We originally designed this class with our female customers in mind. However, we quickly realized that the principles of the class apply equally across the sexes and for all adults and older children. This curriculum focuses on Awareness, Mindset, and Instinct. We introduce the Color Code of Mental Awareness. We teach you to be tuned in and switched on when you're out in today's world. This is not a martial arts or self defense class, but rather instruction from Law Enforcement professionals on how to avoid being victimized.
Friday, March 5 6 - 8:30 pm
Cost is just $25 with advance registration. Under 18 is FREE with paid adult. Parents: We've had good results teaching this class to mature children as young as 12 or 13 years old. (There's no graphic content, but rather mature principles presented.) |
