The Great Start Collaborative Kids Hub at Ludington Library

Great Start Collaborative of Mason, Lake and Oceana counties was formed in 2008 in response to the statewide Great Start Initiative in Michigan. Great Start is designed to ensure that all Michigan children arrive at the schoolhouse door safe, healthy and ready for learning and life. By engaging community partners, the Collaborative's charge is to create a local system for children birth to five that ensures that every child in Mason, Lake, and Oceana counties enters school safe, healthy, and eager to succeed.
