Seaside in the Community
Seaside has many community meetings planned across our nine Counties in the upcoming months. Our first series of meetings start in Cape Breton and Guysborough. Seaside will provide local residents with up-to-date information on progress in their area. We encourage you to attend with friends and neighbours and hear first-hand when your community will receive Seaside High-Speed Internet. We will be adding meetings as we go forward, so please check our website calendar for the most current information.

County by County Update
Antigonish: Several communities in the northern and eastern parts of Antigonish County now have access to Seaside service. Site development and permitting in Central Antigonish is moving forward. For more information on when your community will receive service, please call our Customer Service Department at 1 888 965-5511. Click here for a complete list of communities now served.
Cape Breton: Nova Scotia Power has confirmed power at 8 of its 13 new Cape Breton County sites. We look forward to completing all sites in the coming weeks. To date, Seaside has built 41 new towers on Cape Breton Island. Click here for a complete list of communities now served.
Colchester: Over 90 new communities in Colchester North now have access to Seaside High-Speed signal. This is a significant step forward in the project. Click here for a complete list of communities now served.
Cumberland: A new Seaside tower to the south of Amherst is currently under construction. This structure will add strength to our local network, and provide highly reliable service to existing and future customers. An additional seven new structures for southwest Cumberland County are in the beginning stages of the permitting process. Click here for a complete list of communities now served.
Guysborough: Seaside is hosting a community meeting in Sherbrooke, on Monday, August 17th, 7:00 PM, at the Lions Hall to announce that 28 communities will be added to our service area. Click here for a complete list of communities now served.
Richmond: Seaside is pleased to provide service to residents in the Kempt Road area. The structure serving Kempt Road is a crucial part of our network, as it is a direct link to the fibre optic cable providing customers with high-speed signal. Residents in this area may experience temporary service interruptions as we continue to grow the network. However, these interruptions should be insignificant, and of short duration. Victoria: Much of Victoria County is already enjoying the benefits of Seaside High-Speed service. Two new service poles have been recently installed, with more in the planning stages. Click here for a complete list of communities now served.

Community Access Program (C@P / Seaside Partnership)
Seaside is pleased to announce a partnering agreement is now in place with a number of provincial C@Psites across Seaside's nine counties. As a result, Seaside has successfully installed high-speed Internet at C@Psites in Lincolnville, Guysborough, and Lakevale, Antigonish. More sites will follow within the next weeks. C@P sites wishing to have Seaside High-Speed Internet service installed at their location, will enjoy unlimited free Internet service from Seaside. In upcoming months, Seaside will be providing training and information sessions on the benefits and use of high speed. We encourage those who are curious about the benefits of high-speed to visit a Seaside-supported C@P site, and try out our service.

Seaside High-Speed welcomes everyone back to school in the County of Antigonish. We encourage you to visit our partners, StudentComputers.ca of Antigonish, and pick up this week's "back to school" flyer. When calling to book your new Seaside installation appointment at 1 888 965 5511, reference the flyer promo, and take advantage of our offer to new customers of "first month free" Internet. For those households/areas where Seaside service is not available at present, please call our Customer Service Department to ensure you are on our waiting list, and to your confirm future participation in our Back-to School Promotion prior to October 1.
