 | | Science behind Pfilates - Pilates pelvic floor exercises |
Pfilates creator Dr. Bruce Crawford believes surgery is painful and unnecessary and that 'neuromuscular' disorders deserve a neuromuscular solution. Experience Pfilates through a master movement class for the public or through a teacher training geared towards movement and medical professionals, as well as physcial and occupational therapists. The training course will offer you accurate information on the origin for various pelvic floor disorders including urinary incontinence, organ prolapse, pelvic pain syndrome and sexual dysfunction.
