Happy Hips wtih Julia Tirabassi Oct 15th 1pm-3pm
This class will offer an extended practice guaranteed to please your pelvis! Come and experience the physcial, emotional, and mental release of hip-opening. In this class, we'll engage wtih a variety of techniques, poses and approaches to unlocking the pelvis and providing deep release. The hip joints are the central hub of our mobility, and as we increase freedom in their movement, we'll enjoy improved posture, greater ease in ALL yoga postures, liberation form lower back pain, relief from the rigors of athletic training, more joyful day-to-day living, and much, much more. Appropriate for yogis of all levels.

DOVER SPOTLIGHT: Teacher of the Month
DAMLA AKTEKIN  Damla is a 200 hour YogaWorks certified, Rasasamaya and Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher who believes in spreading the love for yoga. Her yoga style blends precise alignment with breath and flow. While she truly believes in structure, safety and using traditional yoga elements, she also enjoys teaching a free style of yoga that incorporates fun and freedom of movement. Damla loves incorporating her inspirations from life, art, literature, music, her own yoga practice and everything around her into her classes. Her main goal in teaching is to help her students experience the joy of being present. She strongly believes that yoga is for everyone at every age and it comes naturally to you once you set your intention to practice, learn and breathe it. Damla also holds a second degree Usui Reiki Certification and a Prenatal Yoga Teaching Certification from Janice Clarfield, an internationally acclaimed prenatal yoga trainer.
