Town of Ramapo Identity Theft Protection- Shredding Weekend Saturday, October 29th & Sunday, October 30th

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!

 

Suffern, N.Y. - Supervisor Christopher P. St. Lawrence announced today that the Town of Ramapo will be sponsoring a Free Document Shredding Weekend for Town residents on Saturday, October 29th and Sunday, October 30th in the Ramapo Town Hall parking lot, 12:00 Noon to 3:00 P.M., or until the on-site truck is full.

The shredder truck will be provided by HB Data Security. Metal, plastic items, three ring binders and hardcover books are not acceptable for shredding. The "Ramapo Shredding Weekend" limits each person to three boxes (Height 9" and Width 11" X 17") of paper documents.

  

 
"Our first three Shredding Days were a tremendous success, shredding is the best way to dispose of credit card and financial statements, old tax forms, bills, checks and documents with personal identification" stated Supervisor St. Lawrence.
