SCDA Strategic Planning Committee Plans Follow Up Survey

As you all know, the SCDA recently mailed its second state wide survey and the results have been received. One of the areas that drew the most attention was the SCDA Convention and what the future holds. A few questions were asked on the large survey, but the Strategic Planning Committee hopes to receive more detailed information as it continues to look at this issue and many more to help direct the SCDA in the future. That said, please be aware that a short electronic survey will be coming soon to your inbox. Please take a few moments to answer the questions and return the survey to the SCDA. SCDA Piedmont and Coastal District Meetings

The Piedmont and Coastal District meetings will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2011 and Friday, October 21, 2011. These meetings give you a chance to see old friends, meet new ones, catch some CE and most of all hear an update on what is going on with you association.
These meetings are very important so if you haven't made plans to attend, I encourage you to do so today. For information on the Piedmont meeting click here and information on the Coastal meeting click here.

SCDA House of Delegates

Please mark down, Friday, December 2, 2011 for the next SCDA House of Delegates meeting. The meeting will be held at Virginia Wingard Church in Columbia, the same location as last year. Look for the agenda and other meeting details being sent to you in the mail. This House of Delegates will be very important as the leadership will rotate and new officers installed, the House will consider the 2012 budget and other important reports will be provided.
