In 2006, the South Carolina Dental Association (SCDA) began to develop a Strategic Plan to assist in meeting the needs of its membership more effectively.  As part of that process, a survey was sent to gather the opinions of the full membership.  It has been 5 years and it's time for another survey to determine how the SCDA membership feels about a number of issues. 

The SCDA is working with the University of South Carolina's (USC) Institute for Public Service and Policy Research to conduct the second survey of the membership.

You should have received this survey in the mail already.  Please complete and return the survey by Friday, June 10.
