To ensure that you receive current information on the Healthy Connections/Healthy Connections Kids (HCK) Dental Program, you must go to http://bulletin.scdhhs.gov and subscribe to receive SCDHHS bulletins and newsletters by email.  This is the only way to stay up to date on the most current Medicaid news.     
 
The Dental Program is undergoing transitions to provide enhanced customer service, web-based solutions for claim and authorization entry, eligibility verification, remittance advice access, toll free numbers for providers and much more.  All Medicaid enrolled dental providers need to be aware of changes and updates to the program. Since communications on the Healthy Connections/HCK Dental Program are distributed only by email, it is imperative that providers subscribe to receive Bulletins and Newsletters as soon as possible.

You may already have received notice but additional Medicaid trainings are being planned for May.  If you have not attended one of the seminars, make plans to do so.  Registration and details on the May trainings can be accessed here.
