The SCDA and the SCDA DenPac have planned a legislative breakfast for Thursday, April 15, 2010. This is a very important event and all SCDA members are invited. If you are not a contact dentist, we would still like to have you present. The event will be 8:00 - 10:00 am in Room 112 of the Blatt Building at the Statehouse Complex. We have received several phone calls regarding a problem when retrieving a remittance using My Insurance Manager through State Blue Cross - Blue Shield. If you are having difficulty, please follow the directions below:
If your remittances are not showing around the first week of the month when selecting the "Current Month" feature, please use the "Date Range" option and put in a range of dates. For example: enter a range of 30 days to include the date you are looking for. The remittances should display using this option.
If your remittances do not display after trying this please contact Provider Education at 803-264-4730. |
