PARENT'S NIGHT OUT

To participate in the Parent's Night Out the child must be potty trained and between the ages of 3 - 10 years old. There is limited space available. Call 688-5867 to reserve your child's spot |
On The Go Lasagna
approx. 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
(2) 7.25 oz. boxes Kraft macaroni and cheese (1) 26 1/2 oz. Hunt's traditional spaghettie sauce 1/2 can Rotel with green chilies 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese 8 oz. small curd cottage cheese- Brown meat and drain.
- Prepare macaroni and cheese according to the directions on the box.
- Add spaghetti sauce and Rotel to meat and simmer.
- Add prepared macaroni to meat sauce.
- Pour half of mixture in casserole dish. Spread on all of cottage cheese.
- Spread with half of grated cheese. Pour remaining mixture on top.
- Top with remaining grated cheese. Heat & Serve. Freezes well.
