Greetings!

As students and their families make plans for summer, Crayons to Calculators is already thinking about next fall!   We're planning our annual school supply drive for the end of July 2012.  

This year's goal: to provide 8,000 backpacks to students in the St. Vrain and Boulder Valley School Districts - a way to help families who might not be able to afford them otherwise.

There are several ways to help:  

• Fill a backpack with new school supplies (stay tuned for a list of drop off locations!)  
• Volunteer to build a backpack at the Crayons warehouse this summer.
• Donate online.  Click here to enter our safe and secure online donation site. 

Every little bit helps - and we can't do it without you!

Also, take a minute to share our new Crayons to Calculators video with your friends and colleagues. It's a great way to learn all about who we are, what we do, and why it matters.

Trash Bash Was A Smash!   

Thank you Western Disposal for hosting Trash Bash, the annual fundraiser for Crayons to Calculators. Western Disposal held the wonderful event on February 25th at the Lionsgate Center in Lafayette, Colorado. 

Impact on Education  is among five area nonprofits that organize Crayons to Calculators-a school supply drive for local kids in need. We couldn't do this program without Trash Bash, so we'd like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the evening's corporate sponsors:
