For domain registration and so much more we like Planet Domain. You can search availability of web addresses, setup URL forwarding, create an email account, etc; all via a user-friendly interface that makes sense of tech talk so the average person can actually setup an account!
Messaging Center
For as little as $9.95
a month
(this is all I pay) you get up to 100 monthly minutes, a toll free and/or local number and unlimited extensions. My favourite feature is the fax to email. When clients fax to my number it shows up as a PDF in my email! And all of my telephone messages are forwarded as MP3's to my email. This works great for me as it allows me to archive the message with the client file and forward the message if it contains design directions for one of my subcontractors.
