Do you have a child who likes to run but isn't ready for a 5K yet?  This year, we are adding a short Fun Run for kids, ages nine and under, inside the zoo beginning at 8:15 a.m.  Parents, family and friends can cheer their kids on from the sidelines or assist the littlest ones on this short-distance trek!  All children will receive a participation award in addition to a t-shirt and goody bag.  In memory of Cathy Stephan Gravelle, and her love of children and education, the TEAM CATHY Kids Fun Run is a great opportunity for children to join in the action and learn some important tips about sun safety.  (The Fun Run kids may participate in the 3K walk afterward as well.)
