Turkey Gravy Greetings!
It's almost Christmas, and it's time to order  what you need from Watkins. We can't guarantee delivery by Christmas using standard shipping unless you order before Dec. 9.
So plan ahead. Don't be like me, realizing on Thanksgiving Day, it would have been nice to have some
Watkins Roasted Turkey Gourmet Gravy
Thanksgiving has come and gone, and we opened our can of Watkins Turkey Rub  and rubbed it on the turkey with butter. It was Watkins Turkey Rubdelicious. My only advice is be sure and add salt to the bird, and get some Turkey Rub before it's all gone. The Turkey Rub from Watkins is only available this fall, and may or may not be reintroduced next fall. It's part of the Watkins seasonal line, Seasonal Favorites 2008. But the good news is if you get a can of it, it looks like it might last a while. We used it on an 9-pound turkey and hardly made a dent in the can. But it's recommended for chicken as well, so I can't wait to try it on our next bird. It costs only $6.49.

Perfect Timing as the Watkins Lemon Dessert Mix is on sale in December, only $5.49.

One of my friends is going to serve this at her Watkins party on Dec. 9.

Bottom Layer:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp Watkins Butter Extract

Cream Layer:
1 cup  powdered sugar
8 oz fat-free or light cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 tsp Watkins Original Double-Strength Vanilla
Half of a 1-quart container of whipped topping

Lemon Layer:
1 pie filling recipe from Watkins Lemon Dessert package, using 2-1/2 cups water, Watkins Lemon Dessert Mix
1 tbsp lemon juice

Cooking Directions

Combine bottom layer ingredients and pack into an 11 x 7" baking pan. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Cream together powdered sugar and cream cheese. Add whipped topping and fold in. Prepare lemon pie filling; add lemon juice and let cool.

Spread a thin layer of cream mixture over baked bottom layer. Spread lemon filling on top; spread rest of cream mixture on top of that. Chill. (Note: Chilling after applying lemon layer may make it easier to spread top layer.) Cut in large squares.
(Note: Other Watkins Dessert Mixes may be used in place of Lemon.)

Susan Fox Hi. I'm Susan Fox.
MY BUSINESS IS GROWING RIGHT NOW. Are you looking for a way to earn some extra income, pay off debt, prepare for retirement, protect yourself against job loss? Does your 401K need recharging after the recent market plunge? Even in a down economy, Watkins is an excellent business opportunity. Watkins is  recession-proof because "people need to eat. They need consumables, personal care and cleaning products (even in a recession.)" according to Wayne Unruh, #1 top manager at Watkins for 2008, and  my mentor in the business. I read that during a recession, businesses tend to pull in their horns and advertise less. That leaves the rest of us -- willing to keep plugging away -- ahead of the game. In spiritual terms, the Holy Scripture talks about the virtue needed to survive both in a recession and in real life:  patient endurance. Sign up for Watkins today. It only costs $39.95. You immediately get 25 percent off all your purchases. And if you pursue it as a business, you will be poised to profit when everyone else is giving up.
Sincerely, Susan Fox (480) 671-3824
