Big Changes to Rolling Access Program.

Father & DaughterAs a result of state cuts and varied distribution, the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) has taken a second look at Rolling Access and is making changes that will affect both providers and families. Rolling Access will now be replaced by Low Intensity Support Services (LISS). This new program is designed to be a once per lifetime funding source. Only two providers will be chosen from the Southern Maryland Region to administer this program.  Click here to read more.
