| THANK YOU AND HAPPY NEW YEAR | | |
The staff at the Victory Family YMCA would like to take a moment to recognize and thank all the wonderful and giving members we have at Victory.
You have supported us throughout the year with our outreach programs and Strong Communities campaign and allowed us to be the charitable organization we are. Thank you for assisting in many sharing ways such as Jeans for Teens, Easter Baskets, Bright Beginnings, our Thanksgiving food drive, Coats for Kids, and the Christmas Giving Tree.
We hope you all have a wonderful new year and that many blessings come to those families in our community that you assisted.

| OUR AWARD-WINNING AQUATICS DEPARTMENT | | |
Congratulations to Allison Reynolds, Aquatics Director; Jordyn Wood, Associate Aquatics Director; and the entire aquatics staff for being awarded the coveted Platinum Cup for 2011!
Each year one YMCA, and the director(s) responsible for the management and delivery of service, is recognized for program excellence in their particular core program area.
Cups are awarded for Aquatics, School-Age Child Care, Summer Camp, Membership, Fitness, and Preschool.
All of our YMCA's are reviewed and audited by the same program quality guidelines and standards; an intensive examination of facility management, preventative maintenance of equipment/supplies and facilities, program development & innovation, member services, staff development & training, staff certification/credential documentation, PR/marketing & communications and risk management are all considered to determine each year's recipient.
