These classes are for maintaining balance and harmony with your Life Force and Higher Self, and will promote an overall sense of grace and ease as you evolve toward ascension.  They are 1 hour long and consist of activities such as guided meditations, etheric travels, connecting with Source and your Divine Plan, connecting with your Higher Self and looking at your Akashic or Karmic Records.
