you - donors, parents, teachers - everyone!

One student. Living out a potential.
Efraim is the son of Ethiopian parents. While they want the best for their child, they might not know exactly how to go about it in
presenting works
A.H.A.V.A. students presenting their work
this new country. Luckily for them, their child is in one of our schools where we run the English Speakers program.

Coming from Addis Ababa he came with enough English to join A.H.A.V.A.'s English Speakers program.

The combined determination of Efraim (to continuously work at his English) and of his teacher (to adapt the material to his needs) is producing wonders.

I am determined to see Efraim do well enough on all of his English exams to be able to enter University and study whatever he wishes.

When I see Efraim and others like him, I see the future engineers, politicians, teachers, businessmen, lawyers, doctors of this country.
know that we are indeed educating the next generation.
