Hi Crystal, I read this and thought of you (click on links below). Winds of change seem to really be blowing. I'm starting to look into an Amazon store, since Amazon has recently surpassed eBay in traffic numbers. Not sure how much of your business depends on creating eBay stores, but you may want to look into designing for amazon as an option to your customers - Sellers leaving ebay
