GRILLED CHEESE THROW DOWN
Thanks to my lovely neighbor and friend The Bad Poet, I discovered, THE NOSE WINE BAR. They are well known for their fabulous collection of wines and their three cheese grilled cheese. So I thought a Bobby Flay style throw down might be fun. And we thought it would be even more fun if all of our friends could join us! There will be a blind tasting - so come hungry and try some of Geoffrey's amazing wines!! Yes it is on the 15th of April! Eagle Rock Brewery is a small, family business dedicated to the production of unique artisanal beers of the highest quality.
And best of all, their
brewery is attached to a tasting room, where people can come to sample beers.
Tasting room hours are: Fridays and Saturdays from 4p - 10p,
and Sundays from 12p - 6p.
They do not offer food service, but you bring your own food, or on Friday and Saturday nights they have food trucks parked outside.
As a non-beer drinker I have to say that it was hands down the best beer I have ever drunk. Be aware that there is no sign on the building. But if I can find it so can you!
