Listed in early September, this contemporary 3BR/2 1/2 Bath home in the Tiffany Trace subdivision of Boca Country Club sold after 48 days on the market.   Pretty good numbers given that the average number of days on the market for a home in Boca Raton is around 193.  (Realtor.com)

 

My Seller was a Home Stager's dream come true.  When we met he said "I want you to be brutally honest with me and tell me what I need to do."  I even wrote about him in my ActiveRain Blog.
