Realtors have been asking me for a more Budget Friendly Staging Package that you can offer your Sellers.  Room Service! Home Staging is introducing the ESP package to meet the needs of our Sellers and our tough economic times.  We'll provide your Sellers with the same advice and expertise that we offer in our Traditional Staging Package however as they follow us around their house they'll take their OWN notes.  They can ask questions as we walk through their home and take as many notes as they want.

             $125 for a Two Hour ESP Consultation

              $75 for a One Hour ESP Consultation
