Christian Formation / Education Workshop
Bishop Thompson invites the churches of Louisiana to participate in a seminar on Saturday, June 9 that will address the important topic of Christian Formation for all ages. The day is a part of the ongoing work of the Clergy and Congregational Development Program. Christ Church Slidell is the host for the event.

St. Philip's New Orleans Celebrates EfM Graduation Class
St. Philip's Education for Ministry Class had its final gathering for the year May 14. The Rev. Stephen Craft presided over Holy Communion, which was followed by the 8th Annual "What Would Jesus Eat?" potluck supper. Names: L - R Connie Brechtel, Deacon John Holbert, Frances Webb, Trudy Bourgeois, Mark Bullard, Fr. Stephen Craft, Donna Hurley( St Marks), Noretta Stackel and Ken Bradley.
Connie, Mark, Donna, Noretta and Ken are the graduates. John, Trudy and Francis are the mentors.
