The Scoop on Recycling!
Thursday, October 20
Fleet Reserve Club, 100 Compromise Street
5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
It's time to share our adventures from the last few weeks with our partners who helped make it happen, WasteStrategies.
Yep, they are the folks behind the sought-after, good-looking eco-stations! Yes, yes, we're talking trash again .. as always a fun and interesting evening awaits!
Come enjoy tasty appetizers and find out about the greening initiatives Annapolis' iconic Fleet Reserve Club has underway. They have a lot of Greening going on. Read all about it. You'll be surprised! As always, the appetizers are courtesy of our host and there will be a cash bar.
Our special guests will be members of the Chesapeake Regional Tech Council. We warmly welcome them, and especially the CRTC's Green Markets Committee!
So return to the downtown of pre-boat show -- the time when Annapolis becomes our own again. Carpool, take eCruisers, or walk on over. As always, Green Drinks hopes to introduce you to new eco-ideas, contacts and tomorrow night ... some recycling inspiration!
Cheers,
Elvia & Lynne

Clean Currents has initiated the The Green Neighborhood Challenge, a program for communities to get involved in clean energy, to do fund raising, and to help build an environmental movement. Clean Currents can help your community with these efforts by providing resources, hosting educational events, and promoting your group or organization.
The goal of their Green Neighborhood Challenge is to support the efforts of community groups that are actively "greening" their neighborhoods. Based upon each group's level of involvement, Clean Currents will donate money back to each group to go toward financing a "greening project" of their choice. Read more. And, if you sign up and mention Annapolis Green, $25 goes to us!
Clean Currents is Annapolis Green's wind energy supplier.
