Brad BombardiereDo Google Adwords Work for Homebuilders?  By Brad Bombardiere

One of the homebuilders I know came back from the 2012 International Builders Show and declared that Google Adwords is dead and does not work for homebuilders so let's kill the budget. I asked several questions but she really did not remember in which class that was said or what was the context of why it was said. At Reality Concepts, we understand that internet marketing for homebuilders is different than other businesses. We manage thousands of dollars per month in Google Adwords, and it remains a very effective way to bring in unique visitors to a homebuilder's website. Broan-NuTone Launches Two Revolutionary Ventilation Products That Solve The Builder's Dilemma

HOW TO COST-EFFECTIVELY MEET:
1. The IRC 2009 M1503.4 requirement for make-up air on range hoods over 400 CFM, and
2. ENERGY STARŪ continuous ventilation requirement?

AirDamper The Universal Make-Up Air Damper by Broan is a synchronized system that installs easily and requires only low voltage wiring to the sensor. The sealed motorized damper is installed into existing ducting which connects between the plenum and the external fresh air inlet. The easy to install sensor is attached to the ductwork connected to the range hood, and then connected to the low voltage wiring already in the home. When the range hood is powered on, the sensor sends a signal to automatically open the damper and allow fresh air into the home through the inlet. When the range hood is turned off, the signal is stopped, which closes the damper.

For Manufacturers: Selling to Builders by Working through the Influencers

Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 11am EDT
Influencers can make or break you.  They can make it hard for you to sell a new product. They also can be your biggest fan, making it hard for a competitor to displace you.
In this webinar, Mark Mitchell from Whizard Strategy discusses the importance of leveraging key influencers to help you successfully sell your product to builders. Mark covers a wide range of influencers and explores what the challenges and motivations are for each. Influencers can include installers, code officials, designers and more.

At the end of the presentation, Charles C. Shinn, Jr., PhD and a panel of builders will provide comments and will be available for questioning.

If you want to more effectively sell builders and move away from price, price, price, this is the webinar series for you.

This webinar is designed for manufacturers and their representatives.
