April 11, 2012

Dear Members,

If you missed our Kismet Connection event, the month of April is filled with similar evenings of real-life connections. Grant's True Tales, a global series of storytelling events presented by Grant's Blended Scotch Whisky, has launched its Toronto spring series featuring stories with a "family theme".

The series is on NOW and until April 26th, 2012 at the Brazen Head Irish Pub on Wednesdays and at the Bedford Academy on Thursdays.

The family storytelling theme is a natural; every family has a story and the Grant family has a rich one that spans five generations of creating whisky with care and craftsmanship.

In a virtual friends world, these evenings are designed to inspire, entertain and unite. Building on the success of the Toronto Grant's True Tales summer series, storytellers and Grant's whisky lovers can again look forward to sharing and connecting through the art of storytelling.

Storytellers are invited to come out and share their family-inspired tales on the following dates:

Brazen Head Irish Pub - Wednesdays at 8pm

Bedford Academy - Thursdays at 8pm

Hosts for the spring series are film and theatre actor, Ali Kazmi, teller of tales of misadventure, Rick Langrehr, and "Sammy the Comic" Sam Lupovich
