Things you need to know!
Tournament time is just a week away! Here are a few things you need to know to help make your day at The Honors more enjoyable:
- Tournament format: Select drive, 2 best ball. Top two net winners in each of three flights will win trophies, plus low gross overall for morning and afternoon rounds.
- Dress code: Collared shirts and khakis or plain Bermuda-length shorts acceptable. NO cargo shorts, NO mock turtlenecks, NO metal spikes.
- Suggested gratuity for your caddy: $10-$20 per bag is usual.
- Driving range is being re-sod: Practice will take place in front of the tee box. Please, NO DRIVERS!
- Parking: Parking is limited, so we suggest you carpool. Cart shuttles will be available for those who have to park away from the clubhouse lot.
- Weather: The tournament may be postponed if weather is severe. To find out the status of play on tournament day, call the Honors Pro Shop at (423) 238-9123. Normally, the rain date is scheduled on the following Monday.
