THANK YOU!

Diamond Donors help United Way meet goal.

We're sending you our special thanks for your extra generosity during these trying times. If it weren't for you, we could have never reached our mid-range 2008 campaign goal of $11,771,018.

You can be doubly proud of your donation - Diamond Donors made twice the difference in this campaign. On the average, your gifts were more than twice the size of a typical donor's who has been giving for less than 25 years. So 730 of you (from about 24,000 donors) contributed $445,000 to the final count.

The Diamond Donor society has also grown considerably over the past year - from 400 to a little more than 700 members. We're glad you've joined us in this movement and we look forward to growing with you in 2009.

Diamond Donor - 25 Years of Giving or More

Terry Blunt, Diamond Donor

How Terry Lives United
Terry has been a generous supporter of United Way for more than 25 years.
Since 1969 Terry hasn't just been Giving United, he's been Advocating United too, as an employee campaign manager. Over the years he's helmed many office campaigns, including in his current position as Vice-President of Human Resources at Olan Mills. His philosophy? If you present and advocate the United Way story as effectively as possible, employees will make the right choice.
When we reach a hand out to one, we influence the condition of all. That's how you Live United.
